ALVANDI 6x17–F roll film back

ALVANDI 6x17–F roll film back is a new back roll. This new product is very similar to the ALVANDI Panoral 617 version back roll. The only difference is the back roll front panel. In the photos below, you can see the difference between the front part of the 6x17–F back roll and the Panoral version.

This product is designed for those who are interested in shooting 6x17, but they want to shoot with a camera designed by themselves. Therefore, they can design their own camera based on the platform of this back roll. A ground glass part has been designed for this back roll, which matches it.

It is much easier to install this back roll on any other camera. It is enough for the designer to create a groove on her camera that matches the groove in front of the back roll. This groove helps prevent light from leaking into the camera when the dark slide is removed.

This back roll is very suitable for use in a 6x17 field camera. The letter F engraved on it represents the Field camera. Don't get me wrong, the field camera does not mean a 4x5 inch field camera, it means a 6x17 field camera.
