FAQ and Right of Withdrawal
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Send us an email, or a message via other methods, and let us know your choice of camera. We will advise you on choosing the right lens and accessories. We will send you a pre-invoice with payment and shipping terms. We make cameras and accessories based on customer order. Production time is based on customer's order. We can send to all regions of the world. Shipping time is 7-15 days after production.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept only PayPal.
Q: How are the payment terms?
A: You have to pay 30 to 50% as a pre-payment, and the rest plus shipping costs, before shipping. It can be changed according to customer's requirements.
Q: How is the shipping cost calculated?
A: All prices are without shipping costs. The cost is borne by the customer. Shipping costs are calculated based on your country, weight and volume of the camera pack.
Q: Do you sell any used equipment?
A: Very rarely.
Q: What warranty do you offer for your products?
A: We offer lifetime repair services. It should be noted that the warranty of the device is related to defects in the manufacture and does not include any defects resulting from damage during handling, improper use, manipulation, adjustment or repair by unauthorized persons. The ground glass does not include warranty.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal from a distance contract without penalty and without indicating the reason, within 14 working days from the order and ONLY for non-customizable products CAMERAS and ACCESSORIES.
Customers cannot exercise the right of withdrawal on orders for customized or non-prefabricated products, as this type of cameras are completely customized and customizable and they are made exclusively to order.
In the same way, customers cannot use the right to withdraw from products (types of cameras and types of accessories), some of which require customization, based on the customer's request.
The right of withdrawal must be expressed by sending a written communication. Within the established term within 14 working days from the order.
After receiving the product, customers must return the product at their own expense to within 14 working days from the day of delivery. The returned product must not be damaged, show signs of use, must be returned in its original packaging and must be capable of being put back on sale as received.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised according to the above directives, will refund the customer with the exclusion of shipping costs for returning the items within 45 working days after receiving all the returned products and after verifying the perfect condition and integrity of the original product packaging. In the event that customers do not comply with the directives and terms of the Right of Withdrawal, will not be able to refund any type of sum. We can only return the product at the customer’s expense.
All products on the website are handmade and made with CNC machines and therefore should be considered unique pieces, small defects that do not affect their use are part of the product itself.
Items always travel at the customer’s own risk. Our responsibility is limited to the delivery of the items to the courier; once the items leave our warehouses it is no longer our responsibility. This means that if the customer receives the items damaged during transport, he cannot claim compensation from our company in any way.
