Beautiful wisteria flower in Karaj

Karaj is the capital of Alborz Province, Iran. It is situated 20 kilometres west of Tehran, at the foothills of the Alborz mountains. The city has effectively become an extension of metropolitan Tehran. The city is surrounded by mountains which give it great landscapes.

This beautiful cluster of wisteria flowers has grown in a garden in Karaj. Usually this beautiful flower grows as a dense tree. But on this branch, this beautiful flower lived alone. I was interested in the composition of this flower and its branches against the background of the brick wall. So I took this close-up photo of them.

For this image, I used my Hasselblad 500 C/M camera and Carl Zeiss Planar 80/2.8 CF lens. The image recorded with aperture 22 and shutter speed 1/8 seconds on Fuji Velvia 50 120 roll film.
