Picture ID: 10555 - Order
Zanjan is the capital of Zanjan Province in northwestern Iran. It is 298 km north-west of Tehran on the main highway to Tabriz and Turkey and approximately 125 km from the Caspian Sea. Zanjan is known for its beautiful handcrafts such as knives, traditional sandals, called charoogh, and malileh, a handcraft made with silver wires.
I usually use a lot of wide-angle lenses. In my opinion, the perspective of the Wide-Angle Lenses is very impressive. I usually get very close to the subject when using wide-angle lenses. In this case, the subject will be noticeably highlighted. You can see the impact of this theme in this image. My distance to the rocks was about 1 to 1.5 meters. But thanks to the ultra wide angle lens, in addition to being seen more distance, the perspective is completely visible.
For this photo, I used Schneider Super Angulon 47/5.6 XL on Panoral 45 camera and got attached a Hoya red filter on the lens, then shoot by 1/8sec at f22 on Ilford FP4 PLUS 4x5in sheet film.
